2009 Year End Summary

Thank you to the buyers and sellers who have given me the opportunity to serve you in 2009. I am excited to report that we have finished the year with some great results. The homes we listed together spent an average of only 51 days on the market before receiving an acceptable offer and 92 days before becoming sold for an average of 97% of listing price.
